The sandwich is made with duck, venison, and other game meats, and fresh vegetables in a homemade magatama-shaped bun. The special butter made with mash from Onojin Miso and Soy Sauce Brewery Co., Ltd. in Tango is the key to the flavor.

We chose turban shells, a favorite shellfish of ancient people, and baked them in escargot butter mixed with almonds for a fragrant finish.

A refreshing, cool pumpkin soup accented with crispy fried ancient rice.

A refreshing fruit punch containing fruits from Tango, Tendaki Yuzu Kuzumochi, and more.

●Asamiya Tea Cheese Soufflé Tart
This light cheese soufflé tart is made with Asamiya tea, a famous tea from Koga that is one of the top five famous teas in Japan, sourced from Katagi Kokaen. Its shape resembles a small boat floating on the water.

●Walnut Copper Mirror Florentine
Designed to resemble a copper mirror, the walnuts are caramelized, and the reverse side is coated with bitter chocolate.

●Smooth pudding made with Hikami milk
Tamba Hikami milk, with its strong milky flavor, is used to create a smooth pudding.
