Oe town’s specialty doburoku “Oni Babaa” is flambéed to preserve its aroma and flavor. We have made a warm potage using Jerusalem artichoke, which has a soft and tender texture.

Fresh local vegetables, mainly root vegetables, are paired with the restaurant’s special French dressing made with plenty of onions.

●Kintaro Premium Rollcake
This soft roll is kneaded with Akaoni Houjicha tea roasted by the long-established Yamashiroya Tea Shop and topped with a generous amount of pure fresh cream that melts in your mouth.
●Oeyama BonBon
The special BonBon, whose shape is reminiscent of “Oeyama,” is made with boiled Japanese chestnuts in their skins, vanilla-flavored cream and chestnut cream coated in chocolate.
